Andrew Gaudin

Andrew has significant health sector experience, which has been consistently demonstrated through his professional and respectful relationship style, and system-wide performance contributions through his key leadership and professional advisory roles in the public and private sector over the last 30 years.

His health sector experience covers:

  • Chief Executive at Pharmacy Guild of New Zealand (since 2016)

  • Board member of Primary and Community Health Aotearoa New Zealand (since 2018)

  • Chief Advisor to CEO at healthAlliance

  • Strategic Advisor to the Director-General of Health

  • Independent Consultant specialising in the health sector

  • Manager at Crown Company Monitoring Advisory Unit (hospital performance). 

This was preceded by private sector work experience, as a consultant at Ernst & Young and in corporate banking advisory roles at Bank of New Zealand.

Andrew is professionally qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Operations Research and a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Accountancy.
